Part 1: 5:30-7:00pm, 4 Wednesdays from Jan 26-Feb 16, 2022
Learn how to shop for, cook and enjoy healing foods on a budget. Each class includes a food, herb & tea of the day, shopping tips and analysis, live food demo, lecture and group discussion and support. 

Part 2: 5:30-7:00pm, 4 Wednesdays from Mar 2-Mar 23, 2022
Learn how to feed your family, address food sensitivities, cleanse and manage stress by being a wise shopper and eater. Each class includes a food, herb & tea of the day, shopping tips and analysis, live food demo, lecture and group discussion and support.

BUILDING IMMUNE RESILIENCE

Join Dr. Ed Bauman, Founder and Executive Director of Bauman Wellness and Alan Gale, CEO at Aimee Health, for a 2-part program in Building Immune Resilience:

Part 1: 5:30-7:00pm, 4 Tuesdays from Feb 1-22, 2022
Learn about immune physiology, food, nutrients, and lifestyle practices to protect and defend you from microbial and environmental threats. Keys to resilience and longevity presented. Unique learning system with content videos to watch at home and a lively facilitated group to share experiences and work through challenges. Students will be given access to the Aimee app wherein they can log foods eaten and received a personal diet analysis with recommendations for foods to add..

Part 2: 5:30-7:00pm, 4 Tuesdays from Mar 8-29, 2022
A deep dive into acquired and innate immunity and how to support them through optimal nutrition and wellness practices. . Unique learning system with content videos to watch at home and a lively facilitated group to share experiences and work through challenges. Students will gain greater skill in using the Aimee app. They can submit photos of what they eat for one to three days and receive a diet analysis and customized meal plan.
