Day 9 Fall Wellness Week Highlights
Here are highlights from our last day of wellness sessions:
We powered our morning with a peaceful vitality and explored two special selections by Certified Nutritionist & Tea Sommelier, Michelle Peirce Hamilton, followed by a facilitation on how to enjoy our tea as a morning cup of mindfulness.
We investigated with Alicia Faris, Founder, Nutrition Consultant and Culinary Educator at Path to Panacea, the circumstances surrounding the often stressful, elusive family meal. Tips and tricks were offered to get the whole family involved in the feeding journey, including easy ways to incorporate nourishing whole foods into your weekday and weekend routine.
Ed Bauman, Ph.D. and friends invited reflections on Bauman Fall Wellness Week and facilitated a conversation on commitments to individual and collective wellness we can make going forward.
