In this community conversation, we interview Lauren Bryson. Lauren is a Bauman College graduate now Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. In addition to serving as a Certified Wellness Facilitator for Bauman Wellness, she also works as a Nutrition Educator for Ceres Community Project and a Nutrition & Cooking Instructor for Kids Cooking for Life. In 2021, she founded Lauren Emerson Wellness LLC, where she aims to authentically educate and empower her clients towards health and healing from a whole-person perspective.

Today, October 6th, is also the launch date for her NEW PODCAST, Go Play in the Dirt. This educational health & wellness podcast focuses on the importance of biodiversity and its impact on our gut, overall health, soil & community. Lauren’s goal with starting this podcast is to share about the incredible healing powers of biodiversity - biodiversity of food, beneficial gut microbes, movement, people, stories and experiences that got her to where she is at today.

Be sure to catch the episode where Lauren interviews Dr Ed Bauman, Founder and Executive Director of Bauman Wellness, which will drop on November 3rd!
